Does anyone know the name of a song with the lyrics "This is my voice" ?

It was playing in Hot Topic and i really liked it. It was a
techno/electro song. The lyrics were- "This is my voice. My voice is
loud. My voice is clear." and then later on is says something about
'back off or you will die'- something like that. It was a
woman/robotic voice, please help! it's super catchy!
